ACCOMMODATIONS Wyndham Rio Mar Resort Reservations Reservations require a first-night deposit guaranteed with a major credit card. The credit card will be billed 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations must reach the Wyndham Rio Mar by November 7, 2007. After the November 7 cut-off, the group rate and room block will no longer exist and reservations will depend on availability. Deposits are refundable if a notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival. Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out time is noon. To make a room reservation, call toll free at 800-4 RIOMAR or call 787-888-6200. Identify yourself as a member of The Lithography Workshop (or Lithography Workshop) and ask for the Lithography Workshop room rates. Resort room reservations can also be made via the Internet (http://wyndham.com/groupevents/472lithography/main.wnt). Please note that speakers, session chairmen, and committee members are responsible for making their own room reservations. The Lithography Workshop room rates (single or double) are $179.00 per room night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share a room with their parents. The charge for a third party sharing the room is $40.00 per room night. We have negotiated these very attractive rates to extend 3 days before and 3 days after the Workshop room block. You can reserve rooms at this rate beginning December 5 through December 18. Early Reservation $50 Credit: To promote the recent addition of the Rio Mar to the Wyndham Grand Collection of premier resorts, the Wyndham is offering a credit of $50.00 for those who reserve rooms on or before July 15, 2007. This credit can be used to reduce any charges made to the room during the stay at the resort. Note that reservations are cancelable and fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the conference. There is no penalty to reserving early and qualifying for this credit and the resort discounts below. Early Reservation Discounts. The Wyndham is also offering a 25% discount for those who reserve rooms on or before July 15, 2007, which include;
Resort Fee Waived. The daily 14% resort room fee has been waived for all attendees that register under The Lithography Workshop, but guests attending the Workshop will still be entitled to these benefits,
Note: The worldwide Wyndham reservation system confirmation notices may not reflect all the above Workshop reservation and discount agreements. However, the Workshop agreements will be honored internally by the Rio Mar resort. The Wyndham Rio Mar charges $2.50 per day for maid service and a one-time portage fee of $7.00. Additional gratuities for maid service or portage are at the discretion of individuals. Self parking is $15.00 per day and valet parking is $20.00 per day. |
