Delta Prince Edward Hotel Reservations Delegates are responsible for making their own individual hotel reservations. Please call the Delta Prince Edward Reservations Department toll free at 1-866-894-1203 or locally at 1-902-894-1203. Reservations and a first-night deposit, or a first-night deposit guaranteed with a major credit card, must reach the Delta Prince Edward (www.deltaprinceedward.com) by June 27, 2006. Deposits are refundable if a notice of cancellation is received by 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-in time is 3 p.m., check-out time is noon. To make a reservation, call toll free at 1-866-894-1203 or 1-902-894-1203. Identify yourself as a member of IEEE Lithography group block IE0720 and ask for the IEEE Lithography Workshop rates. The IEEE Lithography room rates (single or double) are $215.00 (CAD) per room night (Delta room category) and $225.00 (CAD) per room night (Premier category). Deluxe rooms are also available at $265.00 (CAD) per room night. Availability is limited within each room category therefore it is recommended to book early. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room is 4. Each extra person sharing a room after double occupancy will be charged an additional $20.00 (CAD) per night. Please note that the Delta Prince Edward charges $13.00 per day (CAD) for self parking. Spouse/Guest Activities There will be planned activities for the spouse and guests when the Workshop is in session in the mornings and evenings. Details of all activities will be made available during registration. Bulletin Board A bulletin board will be available for messages in the Workshop registration area. Special Arrangements for Visiting Nova Scotia Those attending the 2006 IEEE Workshop may wish to spend additional time in the Canadian Province of Nova Scotia (www.novascotia.com), with its scenic Cape Breton Island, the tides in the Bay of Fundy and the city of Halifax with its Titanic history, the Citadel National Historic Site and a lively city waterfront with fine restaurants and shops. Special pre- and post-Workshop IEEE room rates of $179.00 (CAD) per room night (single or double) have been arranged for Workshop attendees at the very elegant Prince George Hotel in the heart of downtown Halifax (http://www.princegeorgehotel.com).
