Technical sessions will run Tuesday – Thursday in the morning and evening, and on Friday morning, with afternoons open for individual discussions, sightseeing excursions and relaxation.

Workshop Opening: Welcome Reception, Monday, July 31, 6 PM
Workshop Closing: Friday, August 4, 12:00 noon.

Since total participation is limited to approximately 150 registrants, you are encouraged to respond promptly. The registration fee is $525.00 (USD).

Extended Abstracts

Each registrant will receive a copy of the extended abstracts at the Workshop. This will be the only publication issued by the Workshop and no reference citations may be made to this publication.

Spouse/Guest Registration

Registration Fee:
$125 (USD) for each spouse or guest (12 years and over)
$ 25 (USD) for each child ages 6 to 11 years.
Children 5 years and under are free

Hosted Social Events (same as those listed above for the Workshop)

There will also be a separate Spouse/Guest program. This program will be available in the mornings and evenings while the technical sessions are in progress. Depending on the activity, separate fees may apply. These program fees are payable during Monday evening’s registration at the Spouse/Guest program desk.
